This acquisition comes just months after Triple’s initial investment in the three companies -** a move that underscores the group’s commitment to building the leading Nordic Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.**

Openli, founded in Copenhagen, has established itself as an innovative force in automating privacy and compliance workflows for businesses across Europe. Its technology helps organizations ensure transparency, manage third-party vendors, and maintain GDPR and data protection compliance with ease and efficiency.
