Implementing Technical Standards (ITS). This structured approach
improves data quality, reduces errors, and thereby boosts effective and
compliant data registration.

Automated validation and error-free reporting

Ensure that all data meets the ITS requirements from the start by

FAQ

How do I create a DORA information register?

Arrow
Creating a DORA register involves four main steps:

  1. Identification of critical and important functions: Begin by determining which operational and business functions are essential for maintaining operations and meeting regulatory requirements.
  2. Documentation of ICT third-party providers: Identify all providers delivering ICT services, and document contract details and dependencies.
  3. Documentation of ICT services: Register all ICT services and link them to the identified critical or important functions.
  4. Consolidation of information: Enter the collected data into the standardized templates established by DORA to ensure consistent reporting.

What should the DORA information register contain?

Arrow

According to the DORA Regulation, the information register must include data on all ICT providers, a description of the ICT services provided, and information on which functions these services support. In addition, there must be details about any subcontractors and relevant contract information – including contract durations, conditions, and exit strategies. This information provides an overview that allows authorities and other organisations to easily identify potential threats from critical ICT service providers under DORA.

Where should the DORA information register be submitted?

Arrow

The information register has to be submitted via FIONA Online, which is the joint reporting system of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and the National Bank of Denmark. Through Fiona Online you can:

  • Report on behalf of the company
  • View and correct error lists for the submissions
  • Enter data directly, copy from Excel, or upload XML files

With RISMA’s solution, you can also export the file and upload the information register directly to FIONA Online.
